Joyously doing something

There’s a difference in doing something and joyously doing something. Humans can sniff that out a mile away: A genuine interest in what someone does and whom they are interacting with. Even really good things could be done better if they’re done joyously. There’s no harm and all upside. Hard to get that level of return these days. I tried this with driving – something that can be fraught with impatience and panic. I just smiled as big as I could as I drove the entire way to work and I was actually shocked at how much more enjoyable the experience was for me… as well as the other drivers too I’m sure.
