How to focus on the right things

Asking. When we ask, we shift our focus to the question and even more than that: the thought or way or belief behind the question.

So when we feel aimless or lack of focus (some call it purpose) the typical response is to get more information. Books, podcasts, blogs, people, etc. However, if we just start asking a better question then it will shift our thinking into ways of living.

When I get super self-absorbed and self-focused on all the things I want to experience or achieve… it ends up being exhausting and I come right back to where I started. So this time I’m trying a different approach rather than attempting to figure it all out first. I’m starting with asking.
